G23 check engine code --- Help!

I am getting a message on my 2013 G23 550 - "Closed-Loop Gasoline Bank 1 high"
This happens intermittantly at speed and when slowing down to idle. Still occurs shut down/rest/retsart. I saw this listed on this site 2 years ago on different PCM engines. My dealer did not recognize it as a common issue. (Anybody have this happen, or know if safe to run?)

My buddy had this code last year, ended up running it for 2 months like that and turned out to be a bad oxygen sensor. Had it replaced in the off season but has yet to put the boat on the water to test the repair.

I had it happen to my '13 G23 550 hp. Turned out to be an O2 sensor since we only have 91 in AZ. Dealer contacted PCM, switched out the O2 sensor, never had another problem with it (have over 325 hours on the boat since).

When you pulled the 02 sensor on that bank, what color was it?

Over the winter the O2 sensors were replaced and they downloaded new software from PCM. The problem continues. My service guy tells me it is safe to run but it is annoying to have to clear the screen all the time. Anyone else have this problem and any ideas on a fix?

what is you fuel pressure at idle and at wide open throttle?

Problem finally resolved. Marinemax Rogers Service came to my dock and changed out O2 sensors again and refreshed the system. This time it worked. They think the original replacement sensors must have been faulty as well. Nice they make house calls!

I had the same issue on my 15 with the 550. I've only run 93 in the boat so I'm assuming there has been nothing to damage the sensor. The dealer loaded a new program from PCM to address it.

I have not gotten a lot of hours on it since due to the loose wire starter issue that seems to be going around. But there has been no codes thrown.

Are you only getting the 1 code? Mine was throwing internal microprocessor fault, fuel bank 2 high, lean condition bank 2,

I was getting codes at 185hrs on the originals.... O2 sensors replaced, runs great no codes now at 220hrs. Worked directly with PCM, terrific customer service.

Sensors weren't overly fouled... When we get out of warranty.... There are two O2 sensors on the 550s. One is $57ea and the other is $210ea.
