Serpentine belt replacement on PCM 5.7 330hp

I am searching for DIY directions for replacing the serp belt on my PCM 5.7. My PCM Operations Manual provides a few sentences on this topic, but I would really like something more detailed. Any ideas? Thank you.

It's pretty simple. Put a 15mm wrench on the tenioner pulley and rotate clockwise as if to tighten the bolt and the tenioner will loosen up and the belt will come off by taking it off all pulleys. Do the reverse on installing the new belt.

You're a LIFE SAVER! I'm in the HOT sun with sweat in my eyes and trying to figure out how to relieve pressure on the tensioner. PCM directions says to "loosen" it and that means to loosen -- not tighten. However, with your advice to tighten, it worked. You saved the day and the week-end. Thank you!
