2002 SANTE Port Factory Ballast Issue

I have a 2002 SANTE with Factory Ballast. The Aft Port tank only seems to fill by forcing water in by driving forward. (All the manual valves are open during fill). All three fill pumps are running (Center, Strb, Port) and the center and starboard tanks fill rather quickly, but the port takes forever. I am thinking either the pump is bad (even though can hear and feel it running) or I have an obstruction in the line and have to force water past it by driving the boat forward.

Seems like the pump is going to be kind of a pain to get out, so I though I would see if anyone has had a similar issue, or any advice on troubleshooting steps.

My guess is the pump impeller. My 03 had this issue. Or it could also be your valves. Even though they appear to be open go back and manually see if the cable pulled it wide open. I had to adjust mine one time

My starboard tank in my 02 takes a long time to fill. Pump runs, valves open, just like yours. One recommendation was to check vent line to make sure it was not clogged by mud dobber nest.
