failure to increase revs

Hi all,
new engine 343 the engine doesn't increase revs. Goes on gear and moving but nothing after this in the whole range of the throttle.
Any ideas?

Is the throttle cable connected?

Yes, I tried the throttle body on the engine

If perfect pass is not functioning properly, the throttle control will not work. The tension from the pp servo works in conjunction with the throttle to operate the throttle body

Fixed, the butterfly from the throttle body was stack.
