1998 closed bow ski nautique, hot water under bow

Hello fellow boaters, I have a 1998 Ski Nautigue with a closed bow. I recently noticed hot water accumulating in front of the drivers seat. After opening the storage to examine the connections it looks like the hot water is coming up under the heater. There are two hoses that connect to the heater.; first of all can someone tell me what these hoses are for? The hoses do not seem to be the problem at the connection but am wondering if they could be split along the way.

can anyone help me out or steer me in the right direction.

Had same thing happen to me last summer. Cracked heater core. I bypassed the heater for a while with a simple fitting after cutting the hoses out from the heater core. Heatercraft have great service!!
