Nautique TankBuster Rear Factory Ballast Upgrade (1999-2002)

I purchased this kit from Wakemakers. The fill hose on my 2002 SANTE is 1", but the kit is all 3/4". Is this a mistake on their part or do I need to source parts?

The kit did not come with connections for the vent. Does the bag not need a vent?
