fuel pump electrical problem 97 get 40

I have a 97 sport nautique with the gt 40. Efi. I traced a bad connection to the wiring harness from starter solenoid going to each fuel pump. Bad connection where there's a diode? Resistor? Fusible link? Not sure what the little piece is soldered into the harness. I was able to bypass and get it back on the trailer. Don't want to screw anything up though.

Down load the GT-40 service manual from this site. It has electrical diagrams of several systems on the engine, including the fuel pump circuits.

Thanks Daniel. I wasn't able to find my wiring diagram on here. Every other year was on there.

The diagram is not on here, the GT-40 service manual is. The down loaded manual has the electrical diagrams in it, and a lot of other useful info you need, if not now, but later.
