so a few months ago i had my manifolds/risers gaskets, and all that goes with it replaced. i honestly have not run it until about 15 minutes ago. to be brief, on the hose water is pouring out from block to riser on both sides. is this a torque issue, not smoothing out the block prior to install, both, or something else? I'm taking it back to the shop tomorrow morning to bit$% about quality control. I'm good friends with the service manager so i know they will take care of me, but I'm super bummed. thanks for any input

Who the heck did this work? Did they not run the boat to check work?
And I don't understand how u get water coming out from block to riser? I could see water from riser elbow to exhaust manifold of they screwed that gasket up. No water passes from manifold to block area though.

the same folks who have been doing a lot of my work for the last few years. i told the service manager last night they need quality control, especially on in depth work like that and to not run it before handing it over is unacceptable. taking it in on monday. it'll be taken care of, but in a calm manner i'm gonna let them have it.
