    Looking for a prop recommendation

2006 SANTE 210 used primarily for surfing.

We nuked our prop a couple weeks ago and had it repaired. Re-installed and we are still getting some vibration. I thought it was beyond repair and should have just bought new from the get go. Oh well.

We usually surf with 3-4 guys and have an additional 1,000lbs of ballast.

Thanks and have a good 4th!

Ryan, what prop did you have on there before? Were you happy with it?

is a 38mph top speed ok for a signif improvement in low end tq? 20-23mph cruise ok?

I had the factory prop and I'd be fine with 38mph top speed. We rarely open it up.

I got stuck there too. I tried to call and they were closed already. I'm almost certain the 06 210 is the same as 07.

Looks like the 645 is the stock prop based on the verbiage on this page:

Well i'd tell you to consider a 15x12" prop... It will be the equivalent of an engine upgrade in tq compared to what you had.

i don't know the LH prop designations... But a 15"dia 12" pitch .105 cup has been the standard for heavy ballast for about 2yrs now. Should put you right at 38-39mph top speed, but you will be 5-10 seconds faster launching from 0-23mph with full ballast. It's that big of a difference. Check to ensure you 'll have at least 1" of clearance with the larger prop from the hull.
