Great project! Glad to see somebody has tackled it. The mechanics is the part people are most familiar with, the remapping the ECU is a little more scary. Please post up your impressions of the engine after you get some run time with it. Great job!

I am scary using stock calibration.
Anybody should not use carb so it already have EFI system.
The ski nautique runs about 40hours, it has no problem.
I changed spark plug to higher heat range.
It is more better.
This motor is good fuel efficient.
I don't know why anybody do it.
When rebuild the ex330, anybody should to make the 383 stroker.

I have MEFIBURN softwere.
I checked calibration checksum HEX code and tell them it.
They recall unlock code.
Also, I tell engine specification to them, they supply calibration for my engine specs.
When you send your ECM to them, they rewrite your ECM for you need specs.

Yes, I can change it by myself.
If you buy MEFIBURN software, include tune pro software.
It can be adjusted fuel and spark timing.
Anyway, I can unlock the MEFI and rewrite it.
when I try to change some point, the engine was changed.
I can trust MEFIBURN.com.
It is up to you whether trust or not.

Sorry. I could not take video last weekend because sometime thunderstorm.
I will take video this weekend.
I don't know supercharged.
I believe, supercharged is more better.
However, it is very expensive.
The stroker is low cost than it.
I think stroker is vest way than ZR450.
