'00 SAN ballast pump to fat sac in ski locker

So will this work? I'd like to use stock fill & drain aerator pumps to a fat sac in the ski locker but so far having problems, the lights blink for both the fill & drain buttons and eventually pop the breaker in panel. The bag will fill itself just from driving the boat but won't drain when I need it to. Do I need to run a vent line to the bag in the ski locker?
I've even tried filling the bag with a top cap off to mimic the way the hard tank venting system worked but still no luck

I installed two 750 lb sacs in my 02 SANTE just recently. I am using the stock pumps without issue. Did the pumps work before you installed the bags? Poping circuit breakers is an overload issue. Do the pumps run when you turn on fill or drain?

if you go to the Fatsac web site you can find a plumbing schematic diagram to reference http://fatsac.com/FATSACS.bifh

their diagram uses the bow sac "piggy backed" to a center factory tank, but you can see the basic arrangement of fill and vent hoses. . .your description wasn't so clear to me if you'd vented the sacs and maybe this is related to the breakers popping??
