2006 SV211 se starboard ballast drain issue??????

My boat has started to give me problems when trying to drain the ballast on the starboard side. When it comes time to drain the pump will not turn on at all port and center work fine. it will still work on the fill side anytime. Last night was the 3rd time this has happened and I think I noticed a pattern. It seems like if it sits withe the engine off for 10-20min it will start to work again. Does this make any sense to anyone? Where could I find a wiring schematic for that boat?

    Thanks
    Mike

I believe that is a tank mounted impeller pump going bad. Needs to be replaced, they work intermittently before death.

      It has Jabsco reversible pumps.

the take sender can fail, when it fails it will fill perfectly fine, but will be intermittent or wont work at all for emptying. either jump cables to sender on other side, or swap over senders and see if you still have problem. exactly same symptoms as mine. you can also pull the sensor out when it is giving you trouble. leave the pump in the empty mode, and lift the magnet/float up and down by hand slowly, and also rotate at the same time. if motor jumps and starts or is eratic, it is definitely the sender, cheers
