Aging 2006 Team 226 - what to do?

First time post. Thanks in advance for all feedback. I hope the responses benefit everyone.

Here's the situation. I have a 2006 Team 226 that's showing her age. The upholstery is beginning to crack on the edge of the seats. The swim platform, as it's aging, bleeds more and more black which is tracked into the boat from wet feet. That has to be a manufacturer defect as it's always done this. The boat has been stored outside in my boathouse with the starboard side facing east. It's an open boathouse and I did not protect the boat from direct sun. So, the starboard side paint is fading. I went with a black hull.

My goal is to refresh the boat and give her another good 10 years. I only have 550 hrs on the ZR6 engine.

What are the recommendations for the main 5 areas:

    1 - Upholstery
    - purchase factory skins from a site like http://christinesmarine.com/? Then, have a local upholstery company do the installation? What's the ballpark range for the new skins and installation? Assuming I go this route, what else should I maintain? I assume I'd want to make sure every inch of the boat is cleaned from mildew while she is apart.
2 - Swim platform - I see SeaDek's advertisement. But, I don't see Correct Craft listed as an option. Any other suggestions? I like the new foam material CC is using these days. This is a great improvement over what I have.
3 - Exterior paint and gel - Is it time to have her completely repainted? The full wax job I did last year looked good for about 3 months. Then, the fade came back through. Does it need new gel coat, paint, both? The boat's never seen saltwater. Where can I get this done? What other options are there including custom graphic skins? Recommendations there?
4 - Tower - what's the best way to restore the mirror type shine to the tower?
5 - What else? If my goal is to update properly for the next 10 years, what else needs to be taken care of that I'm not aware of, particularly when she's being completely reupholstered?

Is shipping her back to the factory for all this an option? I know it would be pricy, but I'd have the piece of mind it was done right. Are there other reputable shops that do this work within 400 miles of Atlanta?

1: Not sure where you are, but you should be able to find a quality local upholstery shop to do the interior for you.
2: Sea Deck is the way to go. They are a direct supplier for Correct Craft so may have to buy through your dealer. At any rate - call Sea Deck and ask.
3: There should not be paint on that boat. Find a reputable fiberglass detailer that will be able to give a good machine polish, possibly wet sand first if needed and it should come out looking like new.
4: Try mother's polish for the mirror (found at local auto supply stores). It will take awhile by hand but should work well. Use many fresh rags
5: I would not think shipping to the factory is an option. Sounds like it just needs a good deep clean and detail with upholstery. And make sure you have a quality cover for it.

I'd recommend Viper Customs, they can take care of everything you listed, including respraying the gel if wet sanding doesn't bring it back.. They are in Maryville TN. I had them redo my drivers seat last year, and it looks identical. They have a lot of photos of their work on facebook.

Second on Viper. They dongood work. Also Bennett's is in Maryville and also does good work. Either can replace interior and buff out the hull. Alternatively, could go with a wrap and be as wild or as conservative as you want.
