Floor Removal on 2008 SV 211

Does anyone know the trick to remove the Floor on the SV 211... I wanted to look at replacing the Primary Fuel Filter and found it is under the floor near the Gas Tank. When I Removed the Screws in the floor and lifted it up, I found there is some sort of "Tongue" that extends back up into the back seat cushion. Looking through from the Motor Box didn't shed much light on how to get this out completely.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks

I have on 05 and all I need to do is grab the back vertical cushion (approx 6" by 20") and pull straight out, kind of like a door panel in a car, it has some plastic tabs holding in place. Then lift and remove floor. I also don't have any filter down there, just tank and hoses. I washed out that section of the bilge when I had it open this spring

Yep, that panel is held on with "pine tree" pins. Use a generic door panel removal tool available from your local auto parts store.
