2005 SAN Gauges reading Low Voltage

    I have a 2005 SAN, 330 Excal with FWC, around 430hrs.

My dash gauges, both Analogue & the digital one in the Tacho are reading a steady 10.0V - natuarally I am getting a low voltage warning. Voltage @ battery is 14V+ with engine on.

I have had the alternator tested professionally & was told it is working perfectly.

I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction with where to go next to sort it out.
    Thanks,
    Ken

If both the analog volt meter, and the digital display voltage in the tachometer read he same then the communications signal coming from the gateway is incorrect. I would consider having the gateway checked, and if the voltage sensor is separate of the gateway would have that checked also. The next thing I would do is contact Faria customer service to get their advice. Faria is the manufacturer of the entire gauge system.

Or it could be the power and ground wires going to the dash are undersized. Im not sure if CC had fixed this problem by 05 but the older boats had undersized wires. I had the same thing happen on my 01 and added 6 gauge wire and it fixed the problem. I would start there.
