2009 SAN TE power surging - fuel pressure loss

so, when pulling a boarder after about 30 min my boat starts to surge. does it with zero off off. i changed plugs, rotor and cap. still surging, but only when towing. hooked a fuel pressure gauge to it and its losing pressure when the boat surges. would this sound like itd be the high pressure or low pressure fuel pump? possible values or lines clogged?

    thanks!

Are you referring to the 2 fuel filters? Or something different? I did empty the gas in the FCC and there was no water in it. I replaced the in line fuel filter and FCC filter in march. I only use marine gas in the boat.

Yeah airhuck that's what i was referring to. So by surging u mean that motor is speeding up and slowing down correct, basically running erratically? Of that's the case I'm not sure what else it could be that won't require dealer involvement.

Or do you mean that the boat is porpoising?

only under tow have i seen it surge - rpms go up and down. didnt know if there could be clogged valves or clogged fuel lines or something else. how do you know which fuel pump is bad?
