    Boat scum

Had my boat in the water for a month, took it out and noticed it had grew some scum. Went to the car wash to scrub and rinse it off, but now it has a brown stain where the scum was. How do I get it off??

Diluted solution of Muriatic Acid should do the trick. Where protective clothing, glasses or goggles and a mask. Start with 25% acid/75% water in a spray bottle and have at it. Increase strength as needed. Don't let it sit to long on your driveway. Have someone keep water flowing under you so you don't also eat at the concrete.

I thought you were going to tell a story about the wave runners you encountered your last time out?

        Tony's Toilet Tonic

        - 50% Lysol Toilet Bowl Cleaner - The Blue Gel w/out Bleach
        - 50% Hydrogen Peroxide

Spray it on, wipe it off, rinse w/ soap and water and be amazed.

Keep it off of stainless and aluminum parts of your trailer! Rinse lots!

YES! i was going to post about this today. the stuff is miraculous! scrubbing is NOT necessary! start with a dry boat then apply the blue gel; i used a paintbrush to avoid it dripping off the fiberglass (a little goes a long way). let it sit for a minute or so, wipe off with a damp rag, then try to believe your eyes! How rough are all these solutions on your trailer?

Extremely caustic to any painted surface, flush well.
