Vibration in Steering Wheel

I am getting a slight vibration in the steering wheel at top end. There is no vibration until about 38 mph. My first thought is the rudder. But it looks good and seems tight, just a fraction of movement up and down, no movement back and forth. Prop looks ok, but I have pulled it and will have it re-balanced. No issues last year. I did change the steering cable this Spring. Any thoughts?

99% chance you have a slight bend or ding in your prop, might not be noticeable to your eye

Double.check the 4 bolts that hold the steering cable on to the helm base assembly. Also check the 3 bolts holding the tilt helm mechanism onto the dash.
