    Dialing in pass

im needing to see if anybody has some good kdw and nn numbers for my 05' 210. I'm running 800 in the nose stock belly and 750 on each side of the motor plus anywhere from 2-9 people. It holds ok but will drop .5 to a mile an hour when somebody really gets on edge against it or it will over shoot a bit coming out of a turn. I was also just told about the nautic laugic adapter to loose the paddle wheel and make it gps. I would like to get my system dialed in without having to spend anytime on it but I guess that's a cheap GPS conversion and seems like there are some happy people on various forums with that system.

Yes, GPS perfect pass would help. However, a low pitch prop can help quite a bit also. I noticed this pretty dramatically when I would switch between props - especially when I lived in Denver. What prop are you running?

I've got the acme 644 on right now. I have been pretty impressed with it getting on plane and the fuel usage.

Which motor do you have? With the stock Excal that is a lot of weight for that prop but it sounds like it is working pretty well for you. If you have the ZR6 then it might be fine. GPS would certainly help but I would try increasing the KDW settings first.

If you have the Excal engine, I'm surprised you're happy with the 644. You do have a lot of weight in the bow though, so that helps the boat plane. I used to run my '05 210 much heavier in the bck.

I used to run the 856 on mine, but both the 644 and 856 are outdated props now. I'd put the 1578 on there if it was me.

Going GPS or changing the KDW settings may help, but it's only going to help to the extent the engine/transmission and prop can adjust.
