Elusive Blower... Hiding somewhere??

Hi Everyone! New to the site, new nautique owner, cant find the blower motor!! When I press button nothing happens, no sound. Ive dug around and cant seem to find a motor or ducting for it. Still getting familiar with everything but this boat has been through a few different owners and can tell right away that things have been moved around and modified. Shes a bit of a project boat, will post pics soon, good thing is she floats and runs Just want to be safe. If anyone has links to a schematic or some pics of how or where to install and route everything that would be AWESOME! Thanks for the help and stoked to be a part of such a cool site!

You may not have a heater and therefore no motor. CC installs the breaker for the heater but the actual heater was an option. Assuming there is a heater it would be located behind the foot well panel on the driver's side.

Just noticed yours is a 2000 which has the key pad verses my 1999 which has individual breakers. In any case the key pad will have the heater symbol but the boat may not have had a heater installed. It will still be located behind the driver's side foot well.

I would also recommend emailing Correct Craft and requesting a build sheet for your boat. You will need to provide them the HIN located just below the rub rail on the stern (starboard side). The build sheet is cool as it will detail the production process and list the boat's original configuration (at least the one for mine did).

are we talking heater or blower? I read the story as blower. Not sure about yours but my 211 is on the rear wall behind the motor. Bit of a stretch to reach but doable. Ducting is in the starboard rear compartment.

Thank you for the quick replies! a0128-that build sheet sounds really cool! However, SkiTower is correct, I am looking to install a bilge blower for safety. Hoping I dont need to use the heater here in Hawaii lol. Thanks guys for the responses!!

I am pretty sure my bilge blower is on the starboard side of the engine compartment. It will be a different config on the SV211 since it is a V-drive. If I remember I'll try and take a picture of mine tomorrow. I am pretty sure CC had to include one as original equipment (for safety reasons). I suppose the previous owner could have removed it but would be dangerous to operate the boat without it.

Here are four pictures of my blower motor for your reference. It is mounted in the starboard side near the motor mount (picture #1). Looks like a 3" blower. Hose leaves the back of the blower and routes next to the starter and then under the starboard floor to the stern (picture #4). The intake is the starboard side stern vent. Are you hitting the heater switch or the blower switch The blower switch is on the left on the ignition keypad. The blower will be on the drivers side. Mine was tucked just under the front lip of the engine compartment.

Hey guys thanks again for all the help with the blower! Mine was not in the right place and was caked up with gunk, I cleaned it and the electrical connections and it works just fine now.

On another note, I also recently replaced the started solenoid relay ( http://www.nautiqueparts.com/solenoidstarterrelay.aspx ) and neutral safety switch. I think the wiring is wrong on the solenoid, does anyone have a picture of one wired up the CORRECT way or a link to the CORRECT wiring diagram?? Ive been searching on here and correctcraftfan and no luck with a for sure right way. Thanks for the help guys!!

this is a picture of how it was wired so I just put the wires back on the same way but when putting the relay back on the plate I made sure to use two bolts not just one like shown in this picture. Im getting the impression that this boat is an electrical nightmare, and Im not very savvy with electrical stuff so hopefully you guys can help walk me through. Just spent a bunch of money on said new boat and now not being able to use it is very frustrating, and it is becoming a joke at my expense among friends! Thanks again in advance
