    Plumbed ballast won't drain?

    My port side empties properly.
My starboard side won't. The pump whines, but no water drains. Any ideas why?

I had to load and tow it with a full starboard tank. Kinda bizarre. Is there a plug I can pull to manually drain it?

I have an 04se with factory ballast. I also have no idea where to even finds the pumps. Apologies for the ignorance!

Check the pump for a bad impeller.

By looking at a diagram it is connected to the tank itself.

Ok so I'm on aerator pumps. Left the valve open and the tank drained over time into the hull itself. I'm pretty confused here and could use some help. Nautique told me to replace the ball valve but that's not my issue. Draining a tank is! The pump runs - water doesn't come out? Help!!

Have you looked at the pump? Is it cracked, seated in the housing correct, is the impeller spinning with the shaft?
