    2012 210 won't turn over

I just tried to start my 2012 210 and it won't turn over. Batteries were low so I put another battery in the boat that registered 12.8V and it still won't turn over. Boat is in neutral. What else could be wrong?

Is it doing anything at all, or just slow to turn? I had this happen to me once too.

Check the safety lanyard, I have had trouble with that a couple of times, I have resorted to taking the lanyard off it and leaving it in place at all times in order to avoid random startup problems. Also check the neutral switch on the shifter, I have had problems twice where I just cycled the shift lever all the way forward and back and then into neutral again and it started right up.

Those would be the first 2 things I would look at.

I've tried each of those multiple times. It doesn't crank or even make a sound. I checked the ignition fuse and it looked fine but I still swapped it with another 15 fuse and still nothing worked. I'm pissed because I just took my canopy off the lift with the intention of pulling boat and winterizing. It's now pouring rain inside my boat!
