GT40 Distributor Bonnet

Well I figured out what that bonnet does on the distributor. If that is removed and the wires to your thick film ignition module happen to lay on a spark plug wire the module goes crazy and the boat constantly misses and can not hold rpm. Put that thing back on if you take it off. Sharing the info for anyone who wondered.
