Does anyone have an engine wiring schematic for a 2007 SAN 220?

Not sure what you mean by ignition switch. You have a keypad, right? That just works relays in the breakerbox/pme. The breakerbox has a bunch of relays in it. I would go to this link and study the 2008 diagrams. Is it a purple wire going into a relay that does not have power? http://www.planetnautique.com/vb3/content.php?59
For example on the pme picture there is an ignition out at #5 purple. Probably same on 2007. You easily drop the kick panel and check for power to purple out of all the wires coming out of box. If you dont' have power you could have bad relay in the pme/breaker box. If you do have power at that point you can check for power per the main wiring diagram their is a connector pictured in upper right labeled engine connector that also has a purple ignition wire.
Anyways my point is that 2008 and a 2007 are probably not much different so study a pme wiring diagram and a main wiring diagram and you may be able to figure it out.

I have 1 hot and 2 grounds at the fuel pump relay the forth wire is the control power to energize the relay. it is supposed to be hot for 2.5 sec when the key is turned on and then is powered by the ECM when it sees RPM pulses . In automotive applications the circuit goes through the oil sender and will only supply power when the oil pressure is OK. I would love to have a complete wiring diagram from the keypad to the relays on the engine?

I will look into the PME box there are three relays on the engine 1-fuel pump has no power to the activation term. 1-starter is working fine and 1- not sure but it appears to be working it cycles the throttle plate when the start button is pushed.

I found this...Feeling this and other 2 documents at that link will solve the problem for you. Could still be few things. But it does show fuel pump relay control by ECM. Which leads me to believe I was wrong about 2.5 second built into pme. Must be built into ecm.Attached FilesLast edited by scottb7; 11-13-2014, 12:56 PM.

Guys, after much help from Mike, we finally decided it must be the ECM and took it to the dealer for a scan. So 1300.00 later, I have a boat that runs! I am grateful for all the help from Quinner, Scottb7, and especially Nautiquehunter. The only warning I had that anything might be going wrong was a "spark delivery" warning, shortly before the engine shut down. The previous owner had mentioned he had a lightning strike to his home, but the boat ran fine for many hours after and it may have just been coincidental. Not sure this will help anyone because of the rarity of an ECM going bad. Also, technically I have a 2006 SAN 220, the CC owners manual gives a confusing description for serial numbers and there is no mention or listing of a 220 at all in the 2006 owner's manuals online. Again, I appreciate all the help, now onto better projects!

Interesting that the manuals don't talk about the 220 in 2006. I'll dig up the proper manual and get it uploaded here. I know the 220 was released as a 2006 model for sure.
