Well just like the subject reads...... My walk through window does not close as smoothly as it should. The bottom is tight and top has a gap. How do I make need adustments.
If you truly want to do this RIGHT, you'll do it this way.
Remove the fixed screws on the stanchion of the port side of the window and then only loosen the adjustable screw, you'll know the difference when you see it. Then you can push the top edge of the window up and down to make adjustments. The scary part, once you have the new position, tighten the adjustable screw and you will now drill a new 1/8" hole for the fixed screw on the windshield frame, be very very careful not to go in too deep, the glass will not take kindly to a drill bit and you'll be buying a new windshield. Then put the fixed screw back into the window frame.
You may have to loosen the driver's side in the same fashion and between the two adjustments be able to bring the walkthru to where you want it. Granted this is not exact science and you can only get it soo close and straight.
