I can not get the navigation lights, anchor lights, or 12v accessory plug to work. The courtousy lights, bilge, blower all work. Is there a fuse for these two things somewhere. I have a 99 Pro Air (GT-40). Anyone else have similar problems, what should I check first?

Not familiar with the '99 generation of boats, but my '93 has the navigation and anchor light wired together so that the anchor light is live when the navigation lights are live. So, check the switch or wiring at the navigation switch. Look for a broken ground wire...assuming switches wired in series like mine.
Seems like it would be a switch problem.
