Disconnect the hot line from the block. Then turn on only hot with cold off the whole way and run the pump. This will drain the hot line. Then do the opposite for the cold line. Then take a funnel and stick it into the hot line and turn the pump on with the cold line closed. Dump the antifreeze through the funnel and dump into the line until you see antifreeze coming out of the shower head. Don't quit at the first sign of antifreeze. Let it pump for a couple more minutes to make sure that it pumps any residual water out. After that, you should be set. As long as you have drained the cold line, you don't really have to worry about getting antifreeze in there because hoses will only expand if there is some water in there which won't cause any damage. Your biggest worry is the pump itself which is taken care of when you pour the antifreeze down the hot line. Good Luck!!
