Water in the Vent TUBES?

I was installing some tower speakers and when I was moving things around under the dash I shook the vent hoses. They have water in them. Do you just let mother nature evaporate the water or do you poke a small hole in it and drain it. Then cover with electrical tape.

Also when i kick on the blower motor, I here gergling from the back vents.

Being as I have 1990 Sport with the sloped back water easily finds it way back there. Something to worry about?

What about when it comes time to winterize?

I have a 90 Sport and never experienced that problem even after taking waves over the back, but if I did I would just pull the hoses off at the blower ( or a low point) and try to get it out. Water in the system is no good for the blower and you'll start to grow things in there. Good Luck
