Excalibur 330 starter wiring

I am replacing the starter in my boat, and need to know which post the black wire (or white wire with black rubber boot) goes to. Does it go on the small post near the block or the small post towards the ballast tanks.

I called SWCC, and found out it is the inside post for future referance.
