Ok,I'm going to put back a new riser and manifold to my GT-40 engine due to water leaking, But I'm not sure the torque to tight the riser and manifold, I'll appreciate if any body can tell me.

That is way too tight. Neither place should have more than 24LB. Use a torque wrench- don't guess it. Use tons of anti size on all the bolts also. use a criss-cross tightening pattern on the riser. Tighten from the inside ports to the outside ports on the manifold gasket.
