After changing the gauges in my 02' SAN (GT 40), it did show the true hours. The dealer could have possibly set it, but I have no idea since I wasn't there to witness them swap it out. My friend swapped out the gauge on his 01' SAN and it didn't show the hours after the swap. The PP has an hour gauge too.
