I dropped the boat of at west coast correct craft. The tec said mabey its the fuel pump relay.
He decribed the problem as. "when you hold the Start button the boat is on a start relay and as soon as the boat starts and you take yor finger off the Start button the boat switches to the run relay. If the run relay or the connection is bad that would explane why it dies as soon as you take your finger off the start button"
Seeing as how I cant make the boat do what Im describing and he has to take my word that its doing what im talking about he is going to change out the relay's and hope that fixes the problem.
It sounds good to me his explanation made sence to me so I hope it works.
