    low RPM heater fix??

    On a GT-40 can you could hook one of the heater lines to the drain on the bottom of the engine water pump elbow? Would that give us heat at low RPM's? Right now the heater is "T'd" at a temp sensor (port side) and the other hose runs to the starboard block drain. Does it matter which hose I move to the elbow? Thanks!

    Heatercraft has a fix for this. They have a Y-adapter that you can get from them for around $25 that is installed before the raw water pump. Call Heatercraft and they can help you out.
