sorry to have to ask what may be a simple straightforward question:
whats the email and tel # to contact Correct Craft for warranty claims.
And is there a particular person in charge to contact?
Also, is a perfect pass motor covered by CC warranty ( 2003 SANTE)

I would use the generic ski@correctcraft.com e-mail address. The person who monitors that address should be able to direct you to the right place.

Well normally you would contact your local dealer first but seeing your in Malaysia I don't know. On the perfect pass contact them directly through their website: www.perfectpass.com

aaron, george is correct. PerfectPass has an excellent reputation for resolving concerns. Also, whomever represented CC can assist you (ie. presume they have an export / shipping manager).

there is an "Aaron" as well in PP, and he told me that they cover on warranty PP parts for only 1 year.Anything more than that , i shd contact CC....which is what i am trying to do.
