Help with winterizing

I need some advice. I just bought a 2000 Sport Nautique (October) with the 5.8 GT pro Boss motor. It’s stored in my garage where the temp never gets below 50. The boat gets used every month (I have a bet with a friend). When I bought the boat I had Larson’s do the 100 hour service when they checked out the boat in October. Should I do any winterizing?

If the temp where the boat is stored never gets below 50 and you use the boat every month, there would be no need to winterize.

In Roseville, and in a Garage, you really shouldn't need to winterize. If it get's
below freezing, it only happens a couple of times per year, and we know it's coming.
If cold spell is coming in, simply put a light on the engine, or run a heater in the garage
over night. You shouldn't have much problem.

I was thinking of putting stabilizer in the gas tank but figured it was no different than when the boat sits in the warmer months. I just thought I would run it by some Nautique experts.

It would not be a bad idea to put a stabilizer in the gas. You are ocassionally using the boat, but the same gas is still in the tank unless your are filling up everytime you go out. No harm done if you added some.
