    Big thanks to WCCC

I just wanted to say thanks to WCCC for the recent experience I had with them. If any of you out here on the west coast need Nautique service do yourself a favor and look into them before going elsewhere. Mark Rhodes and Ryan Slater worked with me on repairing my boat in a timely and cost effective way and were very helpful with all of my questions.

Once again thanks, it's people like you that make the boating community enjoyable and tight knit. Grant, I owe you one for recommending them to me.

    RE: Big thanks to WCCC

Two Summers ago we were preparing for our annual Tahoe vacation when I noticed my stabilizer skeg was cracked (Warranty Recall Issue). Since I had pulled the boat from our slip the night before and we we were leaving the next day I became very concerned. I spoke to Jim Hammer and we worked it out so that we could stop at West Coast on our way to Tahoe. I have to say I was so impressed with the way we were treated that it just cemeted my feelings for Correct Craft. The guys had us in and out within an hour with three new skegs the whole experience was great. Hats off to WCCC.

They are in Rancho Cordova, about 20 miles east of Sacramento. We had them do ourservice also, excellent guys were going to miss that service.

WCCC is not really a retail service center, it's the distributor for all west coast boats. Larson, Hammer and everybody else out here get their boats from WCCC. If you have any major issues you dealer may end up taking the boat to them for the service. Like the others, I have had good service from WCCC.

They can't sell you a boat , although it would be a great idea for CC if you could order one online and just pick it up at WCCC. I doubt that will ever happen because CC wants to see their dealers succed and make money. Larson Marine in Stockton(Chris Stepp) was good to us I just did'nt care for their service dept or how they handled our situation.

Dont know from experience but I heard that Larson Marine does not want to service CC's and that is why WCCC offers their service to CC owners.

Does WCCC only do warranty work or will they do service and repair on boats not under warranty as well?

WCCC will do all, in or out of warrantee. They offer; maintenance, repair, warrantee, service, fiberglass (one of the best guys on the west coast) and storage. A bunch of good guys, well worth any effort to get your work done there.

My question is: How come the WCCC service center has to do the service work in the area when the dealers are the ones selling the boats? Arn't the dealers responsible for servicing what the sell?

That would make me very leary of buying an expensive boat from the dealers when they wont service the boat.

It does'nt seem to matter if its a CC or Malibu, Tige, whatever, the service you get is the same if you buy a $1,000 fishing boat, not up to my satisfaction. The dealer will service my boat , I just would rather take it to WCCC. Thats going to change now unfortuenately because we have moved up to Oregon. I met the dealer in Portland at the boat show and seemed like a nice guy. He asked me where I bought my boat and I told him, but also mentioned that it had been serviced at WCCC, he inquired why , so I said were very picky about our boat . He said he would personally make sure we would continue to receive good service from him also?
