Air heater or Hot H20 Shower?

I am thinking about adding one or the other of these options. I am leaning toward the Shower. Can anyone help?

Compared ease of installation? Compared cost of installation if I went to my dealer? More use with one or the other? Etc???

I have both on my SV-211. If I could have only one it would be the heater hands down. We use it much more than the shower.

I had both in my signature and I used the heater but only used the shower a couple of times. When it is chilly out, my first thought is to get the water off of me and get warm air on me, not put more water on even if it is warm.

heater is the only way to go. I've had my boat for two seasons now and still havn't used the shower. I use the heater almost every time out.

I have both the shower and the heater and definitely use the heater more, if I could only choose one it would be the heater.

Heater, no question. We hardly ever use the shower. When you install the heater buy some AN fittings to make draining easing. All you'll need is some compressed air (if you don't want to blow using the hole in your face) and you'll get the water out quick.

You'll love the heater. I just got onto a private lake where there are a fair share of Malibu Responses. My 206 is the only one with a heater which will, I think, will make it the boat of choice for skiing in early spring.

The heater is a must! I have had both on both of my boats and I can't imagine not having the heater.

I have both in my boats...the shower gets used quite often. My guess is that most of the people responding so far don't ski when the water is cold. We ski year round here, nothing will warm you up faster after a set in 37 degree water than the shower. Heater is a great addition as well. I'm considering adding a second heater to my RLXi for the passengers.

Once the water warms above 60, we don't use the shower much.

Coming from someone that has neither, I would prefer a shower. I think it's easier to stay warm while in the boat with clothing.

I have both. Definitely the heater. If you decide on a shower though, let me know. I'll remove mine from my boat to sell.
