Hi guys,
I just did something really boneheaded. I've been helping my friend winterize his G23, and to get the hoses off of the raw water pump, I had to remove the pulley and expose the impeller. After I pulled the hoses and blew the water out, I thought I'd check the impeller to see how it's holding up (also heard that it's smart to let the impeller "rest" over winter). I'm sure you've guessed it by now - I pulled the impeller without making note of what direction the fins face! So. Stupid.
Anyway, now I need to launch an investigation on the rotation direction of the PCM ZR450, what direction the fins need to face to pump, etc. Unless, one of you may have happened to take a picture of their impeller in the pump, or has another thought that can help me out.
Thanks!
