Seadek helping you out at all? Their website says the warranty is 3 years (which I would think both of our 2012's would qualify for), but they said my 2012's seadeck was in a high traffic area so warranty didn't apply; just curious if you've had similar or different results with them?

Nautiques4life, I did not ask Seadek for any help. Most of the Seadeck is still in good shape. Plus, the warranty does not cover boats used for commercial use.

Say what??? Flooring which should not be used in a high traffic area??? How does one designate a high traffic area when individual use can vary so widely, if your pier is on the starboard side is that side not covered under warranty, ftw?? Just not seeing the value of a product that costs substantially more yet, and although the jury is still out, appears to not last nearly as long as carpet.

Sorry for the threadjack, carry on. BTW, very interested in performance numbers with 450hp in a 200, what a beast that should be. Also really like the mock-up wrap using the likeness of the 81' graphics.

450's rock in the 200! This owner will enjoy it! Supposedly they were going to offer the 550 as well, but then decided not to, according to our dealer. Maybe because it would become airborne during the hole shot or something

Sorry guys for the delay with updates on this project. We are getting close to having my demo boat ready for the season. Attached are a few pictures. I will update you in a few days with the final pictures once the wrap is done and a few misc items get taken care of.

The lake test yesterday evening went very well. The 450 HP engine is a rocket! It runs very smooth. Everyone that has seen the wrap loves it. I hope to have the final pictures and information for this project in a few days.

We are officially done with this project and I'm ready to start enjoying this boat for the season. The following is a re-cap of the project:
1) All new interior skins and carpet - Platinum Protection System added (Five year warranty on upholstery & carpet for fast food stains, fading, cracking & rips / tears / punctures)
2) Hull & deck completely cleaned, buffed and main stripe area wrapped in gray. Platinum Protection System added (Five year warranty coverage for weather induced chalking, loss of gloss, & fading)
3) 450 HP engine rebuilt at 1092 hours, one new exhaust manifold, new starter & complete service to engine and transmission - two year engine warranty is available
4) Custom Seadek with Superior Boat logo
5) New custom 2015 CTW Tandem Axle trailer
6) Hours put into this project = 103 hours
Total costs for parts, materials & labor = $24,271.32
If anyone is interested in buying this boat and trailer, it will be available this fall. The price is $46,900. Thanks to all that followed this project!
