With all the LED in my boat its pretty well lit up the aera's where there is no light it stands out pretty good. Now the interior is well flooded in red LED light. After I finished the open bow I noticed the aera between the engin cover and the back seet so I made one for the back seet

Im sorry to all that have hear this over and over.

I used to run cold cathode (neon) lights. I tested a cold cathode light and one 12 inch cold cathode pulled 1/2 of a amp. Thats a Lot

I hooked up a wakespecialtys spyder kit that Kit has like 30 feet of wire and 12 LED pod's each pod has like 5 or 6 LED's in it so it was like 72 LED's total the total draw was LESS than 1/2 of a amp. So Im guessing Im pulling one amp with all of my LED's going.

I was running like 12 Cold cahode's. Dam thats like a 6 amp draw with my old system.

I have 255 amp hrs thats with a 20 amp draw. So with my LED's on can leave them on for more than a month before My bats would run out

Third thing: Yes!! Second thing that I had before grant had! The bow lights your gonna love. Ours are just about 6 little LED diods (sp?) drilled in on the flat part of the 'wall' of the footwell, they really glow nicely. Also, when you put the filler cushion in, and turn teh lights on, its like an oven in that it gloes bright blue, or red in your case... the dash looks kinda dark... ;-)

I've done it! used two LED light units (approx 12" long) designed to go underneath cars. Stripped them down and filled each end full of clear silicon to seal them. ran power through the hole in the hull that the speedo pick up goes through and resealed with silicon. Used a waterproof ITT Canon plug and socket to connect under the swim platform. One is green the other is red, a nice port and starboard glow! Been installed for a season now with no problems.

I'm impressed I've never seen anyone replace their Ballast tanks with optima batteries before. If you didn't use ther lights you could probably make one of the first Hybrid SANs. LOL!

Dude ~ there are more lights on your boat than at the amusement park in my home town ~ Indiana Beach. You should charge admission and do night riding, tubing, and sell cotton candy.

How often do you get out at night? I mean with a boat that loaded with lights, it is a shame to put daytime hours on the hour meter.

I have to say your workmanship is outstanding and your idea list is unending. Good work! However, I lean more to the traditional or conservative style. A couple of leds in the dash cup holders are plenty for me.
