I believe the 99 Air I had there were 2 pumps, one was fill and the other was empty, both located port side of bilge area, one near motor mount and one in rear near shaft/rudder, remove rear center floor board to access rear pump.

I was just talking this weekend with the local CC dealer on how the 99 Sport / Air ballast plumbing worked. I am setting mine up. Two pumps used, Attwood 750 will replace (Walmart $20). He thought the pumps were on the same water line, setup in in reverse directions - emptied through the thru hull. Empty pump is aft on the line. Fill is either on port side engine compartment, or just past the engine compartment (lift floor). By 2001, fill was in the engine compartment, not sure on 99.
