I have a 00 SS with the digital pro perfect pass. When I start the engine the PP boots up and will display speed but as soon as I hit any button it changes to doubleup 080. Once that comes up, none of the buttons will do anything. I have tried to reset the PP but when it gets the screen that says to hit ^ to continue, the ^ button doesnt work. Any suggestions? I am thinking it is probably the display. If so, anyone out there that recently upraded that has a old working single line display they want to part with?

Hey. I bought a new digital PP display last season ('04 SV211) because I was having trouble with mine...weird on and off things. Called PP and they said it was the screen. so, I ordered a new one for $299 and then the original one started working again. Shortly after that, traded up to a G23 and so now I have a brand new display that I'd be willing to let go of for pretty cheap vs. new. Let me know if interested.

I may be interested. I called PP and they said to remove the doubleup wire from the module. If that doesnt work they said it is probably the display. I will let you know if unplugging from the module doesnt work. It may be a few weeks before I can test it out though.Comment
