2007 Super Air Nautique 220 check engine light

I own a 2007 Super Air Nautique 220 and attempted to start it. After holding down start button, the engine failed to start and the check engine light came on at an interval of 6-7 seconds. The engine makes a clicking sound when I hold down start but fails to start. I was wondering if anyone has heard of this before I put it in for repair.

Sounds like you have a low voltage condition going on with the battery. When did you run the boat last?

It was last run in November but the gauge says it has 13 volts.

Hit the starter with a hammer. It sounds like either a low voltage or a bad solenoid on the starter.
