Has anyone replaced a heater core on a 08 210? I am having issues trying to get it out to repair, any tricks?

Yep, i installed from under the dash. And I had to drill holes,. You just have to unscrew from existing holes. I did not take off the bow backrest. And I suggest leaving it on. Reinstalling it is tough. Cause it is tough to hold it while screwing it on. But the only trick is, well not really a trick is that one screw will hold it on. It can hang off one screw. So hold it with one hand and use a magnetic screwdriver to hold the screw on a bit/screwdriver. Although you will find that the screws are not magnetic so you can tape the screw on to the screwdriver or just use a regular screw.
Also, while it might seem like a good idea to hook up the hoses first, I wouldn't. Just hang the thing, and then put the hoses on.

You can get at it from the front by lifting up the starboard bow base cushion and removing the panel at the aft side of that storage compartment. I do not know if there is clearance to pull the heater assembly out by moving it forward through that opening, but I would check before drilling holes, etc. (I never tried moving the assembly through that opening...I was in that space doing some ballast work.)Previous boats:
