    Coastal Owners...

If you own a coastal edition, check and make sure the bolts on the engine mounts are tight. Mine came loose on my 2013 and now the same has happened on my 2014. Dealer thinks its because of corrosion X or other anti corrosion fluid applied causing less friction and they are vibrating loose. My 2014 is in for service and they noticed something was off - my engine! Never thought to check this. Nautique was made aware of this with my 2013 and again today with my 14, should know more tomorrow.

Lock nuts maybe? Clean off bolts and retighten?

Yeah probably a coating on the threads. Is it on the "pinch" bolts? Any chance they can use safety wire to keep them from backing off?

loctite is the answer safety wire is not warranted for something like this and just a pain.

Spoke with my dealer yesterday and due to my engine shifting I need a new strut. Something about very slight shift in the angle of the shaft damaged the black rubber piece in the strut. Having it all fixed now.

Dealer is still waiting on a response from Nautique.

Nautique spoke with dealer and they think it is the different bolts in a coastal. Regular bolts are zinc and coastal's are stainless. The zinc has slight corrosion allowing for grip and stainless does not, solution is loctite for now.
