Cooler cutout?

    Cooler cutout?

    I need to cut the front cooler out of a new 210. Anyone done this and have some advice?

      I know Grant has done it and it did't look terribly tough. I was thinking the same thing. That front cooler really doesn't offer much in terms of capacity or ability to keep things cold. Without it, you can gain more storage capacity and probably not even miss the cooler.
      He did it with an air saw, body panel style, and just cut below the top lip. I suspect you'd have to file/sand the cut surface in order to avoid fiberglass splinters.

        I did mine. I used a dremel with a tile cutting bit. GotWake also did his. He had a post on here a while back. It wasnt the easiest thing to do but well worth it.
