210 SANTE 2004 ignition problem

Hi,
I'm ben from france, new owner of a 2004 210 SANTE with PCM 330 engine. It is my 3rd boat, first was a 74 ski nautique, second 90 sport nautique.
I test the boat for the first time yesterday and after 5 mns, the engine stop and impossible to restart.
This morning i decide to control the starter and another problem appear, impossible to to switch on ignition on the boat!!
I try to explain:
- switch on the battery (battery new)
- i put the on/bilge swith in the on position
- code on the keypad and "start", first light on the pad flash
- "start" for the second time, second light flash, perfectpass is "on", ballast, nav lights.... all is ok BUT the gauges are "off", the fuel pump are not activate.

I check the fuse on PME box, 2 "online" fuse near the battery, 3 fuse in the small box on the engine and i can't find a solution.
When i push the "start" button i can listen a relay in the PME box but nothing else.

I don't know if there is other fuse or something i forget, but my "idea box" is empty!

Did you check the safety lanyard to make sure it's fully on?

Yes i check it, when it is off i can not activate the keypad

Wrong connection behind the lanyard, now ignition is ok, thanks Beach, you were right!

Now it's time to check why the starter is still not running...
