    No power to fuel pumps

So I was going to take the boat out for the first time yesterday and it wouldn't start. It is a 95 sport nautique with the GT-40. The fuel pumps won't run when I turn the key. I checked voltage to both the low pressure and the high pressure pumps and neither of them have power. I pushed the circuit breaker but it didn't seem like it was tripped. Any suggestions on where to start with diagnostics? I had the same problem 2 years ago and ended up bringing it to the dealer and they didn't really find anything. They went thought all the connections and then it worked.

Remove and then replace the safety lanyard.

I tried that and it didn't change anything.

Thanks guys. Brought it to the dealer and they found that the wire was all corroded around the fuse. They replaced the wiring and put the fuse in a more visible location
