Wiring reversible pumps in 2003 nautique 206

I am trying to integrate two reversible ballast pumps using supplies provided by wakemakers.com. I would like to wire the pumps into the exhisting control pad on the dash instead of adding a toggle. For these controls, do I connect the control wires for the pump into the 40 pin plug according to this diagram?

Or is there some other obvious way I am missing?
    Thanks

It appears that it should be that simple, but easiest way to check before doing a lot of work, would be to see where the leads for filling and draining pumps go, and then use a volt meter to check to see if you get 12V at the end of the lead when you expect it (i.e. the button is pushed).

The options not ordered on my 211 were still had power wires routed to various places on the boat (extra lighting, shower, and a few others) so you would just have to find them, possibly cut the shrink wrap off and go from there. I don't know how the reversible pumps need to be wired to get them to be reversible (+12V for fill, but -12V for drain?), but this should be a start.

I am pretty sure you will need to use a couple of relays if you want to use control pad on the dash. Reversing the polarity like Nuke mentioned is one reason but also the power draw of those pumps is likely too much for the stock dash wiring and control pad to handle. I have not personally done this but I know that others have accomplished what you are doing with relays.
