Changing transmission fluid - 2002 SAN

Looking for some input on what is the best method for changing the transmission fluid in a 2002 Super Air. I have a vacuum pump that can be used to remove the oil, and a funnel for adding new fluid.

Curious if anyone has any input, whether there is a plug or an access point that is the easiest to empty/fill the fluid.

    Thanks in advance,
    Brandon

On my 2005 SANTE with the Excalibur 330, I used a vacuum pump through the dip stick port to remove much of the old fluid and then added fresh transmission fluid through that same port with a funnel (only adding in the same volume that I had removed of old fluid). Then I checked the level as instructed in the Nautique manual.

Yep, holds 2 quarts, but best I can get removed is 1 quart. At least keeping half of it changed out regularly, is way better than most vehicle transmissions get.

That's great guys. Thanks a lot for the input. I'll give it a go this morning, almost ready for cottage season. All that's left to do is a new stereo upgrade.
